Jump into your pre arranged transfer at Phuket Airport which will bring you straight to your accommodation.
Check in, freshen up and give your host a call.
Jenna and Jake (your hosts for the week) will swing by, say g’day and welcome you to paradise!
Quick weigh in, measurements and take some pictures (all of which is optional of course, but recommended to track the awesome progress you will make)
RELAX by the pool or have a nap in the aircon to recover from the flight 😉
Welcome dinner later that evening, where you will meet the other retreaters and get to know your hosts a little bit.
You’ll get a brief on the week and given your check in pack & schedule of fun activities for the week
Enjoy a tour around our main fitness facility – Tiger Muay Thai Training Camp – an impressive camp with everything you need and the friendliest people to fill it!
A few ice-breakers to get acquainted with each other and then we’ll enjoy a short walk to our main restaurant which will be fuelling us with the freshest, tastiest meal plan for maximum results throughout your holiday – ‘The Shack’
After breakfast has digested we’ll head back to Tiger for our baseline fitness assessments. Nothing to fear, Just lets your trainers know where you’re at and something for you to beat next week!
Time for lunch and then we’ll enjoy the first real fitness class of the holiday!
Time to shower & relax before dinner and then the option for a calming yoga class after dinner.
Option to start your day with some pre breakfast yoga.
After a satisfying breakfast from our favourite meal plan at The Shack (This will without a doubt be one of your favourite places!) You get the chance to experience a traditional Muay Thai class with Tigers talented Thai trainers!
Lunch and then its off to THE BEACH!!!
You won’t even know you’re working out, distracted by one of Phukets stunning beaches. Jenna will take you through your first beach session, cool off with a dip in the ocean.
Time to soak up the serene beach before heading back to freshen up before dinner.
Tonight you have the option to attend a seminar taken by Jenna, some invaluable education to help you keep on track once back to the real world.
Start the day with a fasted weight training session with Jenna – Mainly upper body as we’ll need the legs after breakfast ;p
Fuel up with a big nutritious breaky because after breakfast we are tackling the hike to The Big Buddha. An incredibly rewarding up hill hike, passing Elephants, Monkeys and some of the most breathtaking views until we arrive at The Big Buddha Temple. A 45 metre white marble statue that is visible from anywhere in Southern Phuket.
A tour of the temple, and lunch at the top. Time to let lunch digest, our legs come back to us and time to take in the stunning 360 degree views, we head back to Tiger for a fat burning cardio class (or some pool time for those Buddha’d out)
After dinner again the opportunity to relax with an evening yoga class.
REST DAY! Today we jump on a boat and head out to explore the beautiful Islands around Phuket. Emerald green waters, white powdery beaches, swimming and relaxing. Many coral reefs offering fantastic snorkeling or diving. Each week will be a different trip.
Phi Phi Island, Monkey Beach, Viking Cave, Maya Bay, Bamboo Island, Krabi Island, James Bond Island and so many more!!! I can’t wait for Thursday already!!!
Fasted cardio session or morning walk before breakfast.
Second chance to go drill your Muay Thai skills if you enjoyed your taster class on Tuesday, if not you can opt for a fat burner fitness class with your host.
Back to ‘The Shack’ for lunch on point, ahhh that feeling after eating healthy for 5 days straight !! <3 Friyay afternoon calls for another blast of fitness class fun lead by Jenna! She never stops 😉 Unwind before dinner and then the option to go to the local night markets in the evening. Your chance to break from the meal plan to treat yourself to some salted crickets, crispy grasshoppers or yummy bamboo worms OR you could just try one of Thailands famous pancakes if bugs aren’t your thing 😉 The night markets offer an unforgettable holiday experience as well as fantastic opportunity for discounted shopping.
Starting early with a weights session before breakfast. After breakfast jump into one of the most fun fitness classes of the week. Tigers Super Saturday Surprise. Your hosts will join you and you’ll get the pleasure of seeing them work just as hard as you will have been all week.
Last lunch off the yummy meal plan and then we head out to the one of Phukets most photographed at sunset locations.
Here we will enjoy our Saturday afternoon sweat session with picturesque views of the Andaman Sea.
We’ll then head down the hill and cool off with a dip in the sea and some chill time at the beach before heading back to freshen up for the goodbye leavers dinner!! What a Saturday!
Sunday morning is flexible depending on your homeward journey timings. Hopefully, a relaxing get up and breakfast.
Your final weigh out, measurements and pics (if you opted for these) A sad goodbye to your hosts and you’re heading home. Full of energy, incredible experiences, new friends, fitter, healthier, completely refreshed!
